Jennifer Stephens is a certified paralegal with 19 years of experience in the legal field. She is highly experienced in civil litigation involving personal injury and wrongful death with prior work history in the areas of estate planning, last will and testaments, probate, incorporations, and bankruptcy.

Jennifer handles cases from beginning to end with proficient attention to detail. She is committed to clients and making a difference for people who need help. Jennifer has always worked on the side of the plaintiff/victim, never large defendant corporations or insurance companies.

Candace Teston Rochford joined Overby Law Office, P.C. in June of 2007.  She has an extensive background in community service and volunteer positions, having worked with Girl Scouts, Habitat for Humanity, local area Historical Society projects, and several religious relief organizations.  She is devoted to building good relationships with clients and enjoys working hard toward a favorable outcome in every case.

Candace has always worked on behalf of plaintiffs and serves as paralegal in the firm's Montana office.
